Dr. Seals is a board-certified family medicine physician practicing in Rural Oregon for over 20 years.   She brings extensive administrative expertise from her leadership roles at Umpqua Health Alliance (UHA), Greater Oregon Behavioral Health, Inc. (GOBHI), and Denver Health Medical Plan (DHMP). Dr. Seals combines her clinical expertise with a heartfelt dedication to ensuring that "whole-person care is the norm rather than the exception."
