Joey has been with Morrow County Health District since 2016 as an occasional part-time driver for EMS. In 2023, he accepted a full-time position as the Maintenance Director. He grew up in Irrigon and has spent 14 years as a volunteer firefighter with the Irrigon Rural Fire Protection District, where he holds multiple state certifications. 

Joey has extensive experience in the maintenance field and is passionate about patient care. "Working for MCHD allows me to utilize my knowledge in maintenance and repair, serve my community, and be a part of patient care." 

He enjoys riding his Harley, spending time with family, hunting, and baking in his spare time. "I also enjoy volunteering whenever possible to give back to my community."
