Natalia Wight joined Morrow County Health District in 2016 as a certified clinic coder and then earned her AAS in Health Information Management in 2021.  Her career in healthcare began in 2013, working in various settings including hospitals, clinics, optical health, and insurance.  

She has experience in digital marketing, design, and writing and is passionate about community outreach. "Working in community relations allows me to connect with other community members and utilize my creativity, which I find incredibly rewarding."
