Natalia has been with MCHD since 2016 when she worked as a certified coder for Pioneer Memorial Clinic. In 2021, she received her AAS in Health Information Management. She has worked in healthcare since 2013 in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, optical health, and insurance. 

She has experience in digital marketing and writing and is passionate about community outreach. "Working in community relations allows me to connect with other community members and use my creativity, which is very rewarding."

She and her husband enjoy raising their family in a small town and are proud to call Morrow County their home.
